Life Reimagined: Thriving at Midlife and Beyond
Based on Barbara Bradley Hagerty's Life Reimagined, this workshop will draw on research that shows how midlife is a vital opportunity to refocus energies and realign relationships to ghrive in the second half of life. This intereactive workshop will provide time for reflective exercises and small group discussion designed to open u up to ways of flourishing in all aspects of life. Text required to bring to workshop; it is not necessary to read prior to workshop. Books will be avaiable to purchase at workshop upon request. (Hagerty will not be in attendance.)
