How can loss lead to new life? Why does everyone grieve differently? How long does it take to heal? Although loss and grief are universal to being human, everyone moves through them differently and often in unexpected ways. Learn more about the experience of loss, myths about grieving, and pathways to healing. Gain vital insight so that you can become more compassionate to yourself and to others. There will be an informative presentation followed by a Q&A.
