This retreat will offer the opportunity to engage adapted versions of some of the Lam rim meditations. It will also explore parallels between the unfolding of experience that occurs in the Lam rim and in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius in the Christian tradition. In both traditions, the use of imagination supports the contemplative practice of meditation on daily life experience.
Each day on retreat will include teacher presentations, guided group meditations, individual reflection time, shared silent meals, opportunity for group sharing and individual meetings with the retreat director.
