Description Mid-Winter Renewal Day
Depleted from the chaos of the holiday season? Need a day to re-center? Come in from the cold and nourish your body and spirit with renewal and guided reflection time in the community of others. Limited to 10 people.

Saturday, Jan 20, 10 am - 3 pm
Leader: Rachel Cunningham
Cost: $85 (includes reflection materials, creative space, gentle yoga and simple lunch of soup and bread.
